Adjustable Blades for Controlled High Volume Airflow Rates
The AND and ANDB long cased axial fans feature adjustable blades which enables them to cover a wide capacity range due to their large variation possibilities with hub relation, number of blades and blade angle. They can offer pressure increases up to 1.200 Pa and precise increased air volumes up to 80,000 m3/h.

AND-Ex/ANDB-Ex 
: ATEX Long cased axial fans for zone 1 and zone 2.
The casings are made of hot-dip galvanised steel as a standard. On request the casings can be supplied plastic coated. The casings with defined flange master-gauge for holes ensure an easy connection to the duct system.
Casing Type L: In the long version L, the casing, the motor and blades are covered.
Casing Type K: In the short version K, the motor juts out.
The casings can be designed to allow for service and maintenance access.
The impellers, made from aluminium diecast, are available from size 315 - 1000mm (impeller diameter). In standstill the blade angles are adjustable and the number of blades is variable, which expands the performance range.
ANDB long cased axial fans can be mounted in any position and are suitable for:

The following options are available on request:
•Casings can be supplied plastic-coated
•Special motors for higher temperatures up to 100°C
Technical Data
The AND and ANDB series are available with three phase IEC standard motors of type B3 with protection class IP 55 and insulation class F in 2-, 4-, 6- or 8 pole execution. Pole-changable, voltage-controllable, invertor motors and single phase A.C. motors or motors for higher airflow temperatures are available on request.
